This course is not another dictionary of cosmetic ingredients, but an informative and revealing look at the subject of cosmetic chemistry and learning how to match ingredients to skin condition from an esthetician’s perspective.  In addition to explaining the basics of cosmetic formulations in the language skin therapists understands, this series of classes shows you how to read and understand product labels and evaluate likely product performance and contraindications for your clients. With the knowledge gained from the classes, the therapist can evaluate a product for themselves rather than being influenced by misleading information and marketing hype, thus elevating their skills and credibility in their profession.
