Where do you ship from?
All orders ship directly from our facilities in Georgia, where we handcraft our wildcrafted botanical skincare products. Every batch is made with precision and care, ensuring you receive the highest-quality formulations.

Do you offer free shipping?
We offer FREE USPS Priority Mail Shipping on all U.S. orders over $50 (excluding taxes). Orders for $50 or under will incur a flat shipping rate of $12.00. For Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, free shipping is available for orders over $50. Canadian customers enjoy free shipping on orders over $200. Order processing time typically takes 1-3 business days, and shipping times may range from 2-3 business days, depending on location and availability.

Where is my order?  
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can track your order through the carrier’s website.

Can you ship to a P.O. box or military address?
Yes, we can ship to P.O. boxes and military addresses through USPS.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship to Canada but plan to expand our international shipping options soon. Please check our website in the fall of 2024 for an updated list of supported countries. If your country still needs to be listed, stay tuned for future availability!

Damaged, lost or stolen products
If your product arrives damaged, lost, or stolen, please file a claim with the shipping carrier. Sunshine Botanicals is not responsible for damages, losses, or theft during shipping.
