Sunshine Botanicals Refund and Return Policy
At Sunshine Botanicals Refund and Return Policy, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product for any reason, please follow the steps below.
- Return Authorization
- Before returning any item, please contact our Customer Service at customerservice@sunshinebotanicals.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA). Be sure to include your Order Number in the email. Returns without prior authorization are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Return Requirements
- Products must be returned in their unused portion to Sunshine Botanicals.
- When shipping your return, please include a copy of the packing slip or a note with your Order Number, Name, and Email Address.
- You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- If you are returning a more expensive item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. However, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Eligible Returns
- Only products purchased directly from SunshineBotanicals.com are eligible for return.
- Products purchased from an authorized professional’s office or other retailers must be returned to their original point of purchase.
- Full-size products are eligible for return and refund, but travel or starter-size products are not.
- Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Products
- If your product arrives damaged, lost, or stolen, please file a claim with the shipping carrier. Sunshine Botanicals is not responsible for damages, losses, or theft during shipping.
- Return Window
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will only apply to the product cost and will not cover return shipping fees.
- First-time purchases of a product are eligible for our 30-day refund policy.
- Refund Process
- Please allow up to 30 days to process your return or refund.
- Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
- Orders paid for with a Gift Card will be refunded as a store credit.
- Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.
